  1. Click the Start menu and type Settings then click.

  6. select Troubleshoot, continue by selecting Advance Option.
  7. Next select Startup Settings, Windows will give a notification that the computer will restart and do some configuration, one of which is the Safe Mode system.
  8. Click Restart, the computer will restart and enter Startup Settings. Please select the Safe Mode option that you want. And to open Safe Mode normally, press F4.
